One of the hottest labels, dedicated to bringing some old tunes back to life, Slow-Wave, is ready with their new release, hitting something a bit different this time. The name of Daniel Poli is straight from the past, but the tracks will be totally new for y’all.
“606” is the piece on the edge of dreamy trance and the groovy tech-house. Swinging between these two, it ends up being a trippy journey for the full 8 minutes. Nice!
The 2×12″ starts with “Empty As Fuck”. The perfect start for people who are not used to more than 120 BPM. The full-side slow luxury. After our main premiere, “Planet Of Grapes” adds some bits of acid to our progressive vibe.
“Cola Where’s” does some serious work, moving us into the more mellow tech side. “Diji Ri Tak” seems the most energetic from them all, but still, the pace is not the main thing here. “Hikadua” proves it, being another slow-burner here. And, finally, “Ticket To Ride” does some breaky work to close everything perfectly.
I know the people who would say that this is the best piece on Slow-Wave so far. If you think the same, hhv, Deejay, or Decks are waiting for you.
