Today we’re having Cut-Line Records straight from New York and their inaugural 4-tracker. A bunch of known names (we picked the biggest one) and even a reissue is waiting for you inside it. Let’s go.
Pedro Goya and his “Celeste” is the main dish for today. His signature semi-minimalistic style with that chic, semi-melancholic melody works perfectly on this record opener. Easily can imagine this one on some Sunwaves’ videos (maybe it even was played already, who knows).
After this one comes the breaksy one. “Alien Vision” by Francula & St. Xose. That vocoder inside is just right. That reissue I told you already about is “Warning Bells” by Digital Pimps. Originally from 2001 and Luscious Records, it got its remaster recently and probably gonna hit some Discogs sharks very hard. The last track on the record takes us back into house territory – “Electric Funk” by MSRB is a perfect companion for our today premiere. A solid minimalistic 8-minute roller. We all love those, right?
The record should be out in a matter of days. Check your pre-order sections at Juno, Deejay, or Carpet And Snares.
