Dutch imprint Lezgo Records are proud to announce their first release. Over the last 12 months, they’ve been building the momentum with their well received Go-Cast podcast series. Now they’re taking it well and truly to the next level, set to showcase original talent via their online platform. Bringing in the new venture, the Lezgo crew have invited Romanian duo Dynamic Bones with True Fabric EP.
Local artists from the Bucharest clubbing scene, the pair have been making beats together for the last years. Most weekends they can be found at the turntables of a range of clubs in the Romanian capital and when they’re not mixing, they’re hard at it in the studio. The hard work is paying off and their contribution for Lezgo is testament to that.
Four tracks make up the True Fabric EP, which boasts bopping groovers from start to finish. Each track pulses with futuristic flair, energy moving seamlessly from one to the next.
On the premiere, ‘Altitude Flow’ glides between funk and electro, sparking a pleasant vibe that is as pumping as it is playful. Sharp synth stabs weave through a driving bassline, building toward the break, lifted with higher frequencies. As the peak hits, the sub lands with force, locking into a groove that continues to captivate.
‘My Name Iz’ brings the heaviest punch, with nods to the rave and rapid, pressing beat. ‘Over The Top’ pushes the cyber aesthetic further, its trickling keys echoing into the ether. Closing things out, ‘For My French Homie’ takes a deeper turn—mysterious and hypnotic, yet riling up all the same.
