The first quarter of the year is always full of great events and none so true than the anniversary of London institution Picnic. Having launched their very own record label towards the end of last year Picnic double down on this level up mode they are in by delivering a truly gobsmacking party at one of the world’s best clubs. How else would you want to spend your birthday than by throwing a party at fabric?
That is exactly what will be happening on Saturday, March 14th at the Farringdon nightspot when Picnic brings an especially eye-watering selection of guests with them. Topping the bill is Francesco Del Garda, an artist so in demand that his touring schedule looks more like an Airline flight path, this will see the Italian selector visiting Japan, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Italy, and Madrid all in the next few weeks.
Next is the Slow Life pairing of Laurine & Cecilio, a duo that is also hot property right now and has been for some time and their digging ethos coupled with their cool delivery are amongst the best in the game. Joining the selector heavy array is Christian AB & Quest, two extremely well-matched artists who thrive on joining the dots between a number of genres with the common theme of being unheard before and capable of blowing minds as well as dance floors. Completing the party will be Picnic founding member Andy Luff, a DJ that prides himself like the best in the game on the strength and depth of his record collection and the knowledge of how to play those records. It is imperative that you do not sleep on this one as this is one of those parties that cannot be missed.
