A certain Italian outfit are riding higher than ever after recently celebrating ten years at play. Aside from the big birthday bash in their hometown with Jane Fitz and a bunch of the regulars, Outcast Torino recognised a decade crossing continents and capturing new venues.
Following a string of sessions across Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina, Outcast wasted little time with the next back in Torino. Last month they welcomed Sonja Moonear and Inner Lakes, marking the first day party of the year at regular haunt Slip. And the good stuff keeps on going…
As news comes out of the next club night on the horizon, the dust is still settling at Villa Bianco. Easter festivities were championed by the Outcast residents at the sublime villa spot, nestled in nature in the country. Now heads turn to the upcoming nighttime shenanigans at Bunker, in the centre of Turin. This will be a new spot for Outcast, taking over the longstanding event space for the first time on 24th April.
Spinning records for the occasion includes deep tech veteran Craig Richards. The long time fabric resident and Houghton festival curator brings with him an extensive back catalogue. Richards is a purveyor of the sound, versatile and varied. The perfect partner to the likes of Ricardo Villalobos and Nicholas Lutz, yet consistent at delivery on his own.
He will be joined at the helm by Evan Baggs, bringing his faster, grittier selection. Spanning the outer skirts of the techno sound, this is a prime combination, artists well versed in a darker blend. Gabbs also joins alongside Alex Dima and Paolo Macri.
