Aaaand… we’re back with some goodies from 20/20 Vision here, this time also with B.Love. A new and crisp 4-tracker with a piece for us, as usual.
“Rhythm Freq”, as stated, is a nod to something called “glitch house”. There are not too many glitches, but there are a lot of synths and robotic voices. A very bright tune, with a perfect timing for release – should be played A LOT this summer.
“Movement Funk” starts as a breaksy piece but then evolves into something interesting than just that, with all those percussions and infusion of 4/4. “Soda Junior” has the most powerful bassline on the release, and, probably, is the funniest one with all those voice samples on top of that bass. Finally, “Bisous” takes us into some more mature category – still a lot of different voice cuts, but sounds very techy altogether. Think about mid-00s here.
This one is an easy catch – if you won’t slip on it, it should be easy to pick at any good record store – here are the examples on Juno, Deejay, and Decks, did some work for you.
