Look into the future with Timisoara promoter Call the Visionaries

Since The Call back in February of 2018 Call the Visionaries have been presenting a unique take on minimal leaning events in and around their native city of Timisoara, Romania. Over the past 2 years’ these visionaries have been cultivating a musical experience and a community that revels in the magic that these special moments bring, but the story goes back much further.

In order to grow the existing community and connect likeminded souls the team at Call the Visionaries has made it their mission to present a positive direction for those whose passion resonates with their events. Over the course of the last few years’ worth events they have successfully done just that and in the process, have welcomed our scenes top artists in Bill Patrick, Ada Kaleh, Dan Andrei, Cap and kicked off 2020 last month with a headlining set from Tulbure. With each party under their belts, it is also important to acknowledge the collectives’ personal accomplishments which included bringing top artists such as   Christopher Ledger, Alci, Clovis, Ida Daugaard, and Onur Ozer for the first time.

As well as securing the undeniable talents of the most in-demand names around they have also welcomed some exciting rising stars too and none so prominent than CtV’s very own superstar and resident DJ – Bredoc aka Cristian Goldschmidt. With a style all of his own that leans towards deeper shades of house found in Berlin as well as the obvious connection with minimal music and the Romanian strains that inform his diverse set selections.

With CtV’s account open for the new decade attention now turns to their forthcoming double header of events. Taking place at D’arc Timisoara on Saturday, February 8th Giuliano Lomonte, an artist that came to massive prominence during 2019 will be raising the roof of this intimate party alongside Bredoc. Then, with barely a few weeks to catch their breath on Friday, February 21st they present an evening with Turkish master Onur Özer. Support on the night will of course from Bredoc as well as regular cohorts Amih and Galis. With all this insane DJ talent on show at both events, it is just as important to consider how the sound is processed as much as it is to consider the quality of the music going in. So, with this in mind, CtV employs the talents of theRomanianSound for their undeniable skills in sound engineering and their enviable sound systems. You don’t need to be a visionary to tell that these parties have something special going on but it helps. Never a truer word is spoken than CtV’s ethos – Be a visionary, Stay a visionary.
