For the next edition of the long-running Get Perlonized a Panorama Bar the much-lauded record label, they have something rather special lined up. Making his return to the Perlon gathering will be Chilean artist Dandy Jack, an artist that was massively prolific during the origins of the label has many production credits to his name but few have the same impact as the alias he will be presenting on Friday, December 6th.
Martin Shopf AKA Dandy Jack will be reprising the leading role in live performance mode as Dandy Jack and The Sniffing Orchestra, this curiously titled vehicle has given Shopf a platform from which to perform at the likes of Mutek festival as well as top events across Europe. Also on the bill is another returning star from the more formative years of Perlon – James Dean Brown. A DJ in the truest sense of the word and a curator of sound so specialized that it is clear why he has remained a Panorama Bar resident since the early ’00s.
It just wouldn’t be the same if either Zip or Sammy Dee weren’t on the line-up for Get Perlonized and for those lucky enough to be attending they will get the chance to catch both of these legendary artists in action. As with all these parties, there will be more than a few surprises throughout the night, so just make sure you in prime position from the beginning so you don’t miss any of the twisted action that will surely unfold.
