Having first hooked up back in June during a sweltering OFF Week showdown, the two factions of tINI and the Gang and Limousine Dream have been cooking up another almighty get together. There are few locations that are worthy of such a meeting of minds, but one that is more than capable of hosting this almighty conference is the Parisian behemoth of Babcock Factory. Taking place on Friday, September 6th, the joint powers of these two powerhouse crews will certainly be one for the ages.
With a wealth of talent to draw upon between the two camps it was always going to be a tough decision who would be appearing at this auspicious event, but we are confident that all boxes will be nicely ticked and then some. Representing The Gang is their matriarch and leader tINI and her globe trotting escapades ensure her secret weapons are constantly primed and ready for action. Reprising their previous sparring session from last OFF Week, Gene on Earth will again be teaming up with French super-selector Dyed Soundorom and we all know the caliber of their record bags.
Joining the dots will be two artists that are currently blazing trails across the world and the best parties going are benefitting massively from their presence. Providing the live electronics is ADMO, and for those that were present and correct during our last shindig at Hoppetosse as well as countless other meetings will be well aware of the top drawer sounds at disposal of this French artist. Completing this fine array of talent is Corsican hero Charlotte. The depth of her record bag is only part of the story behind her well deserved success and with Babcock having a special place in her heart this is sure to be straight fire from the first to the last.
Acting as the glue that combines these two camps is another joint effort from two of the underground’s biggest collectives. First is Kumquat, absolutely no stranger to throwing epic parties, especially at Babcock Factory. With their last outings there featuring typically impressive artists across the board, you can be certain that jaws that bear their name. They will be hooking up with agency du jour – pieces. As well as representing the interests of the biggest hitters in the game they also know a thing or two about throwing damn fine parties.
