Sex Tapes From Mars has a reason to celebrate – their 10th release in their main series. This one is coming straight from Outdom Records’ founder, Latent.
“Virtual Body” is the last one on this release, but no way the least one. “Garage-leaning shuffle” track, that could be imagined on every big modern house label. Wait, it just released on one of those…
“Disco Hijack” is much more… let’s not say “darker”, but “grey-ish”? Again, a very modern take we have here, and that huge breakbeat moment inside just sets the whole mood for the day (or night). “Distress Robot” plays with electro – can’t hate that no matter what. And finally, the opener. “Break Machine”. Again – if you’re a fan of the 80s electro (I’m definitely one) – you’re gonna LOVE this one.
To be honest, I don’t know which series of this label I love more – the main one or the one with reissues. But it doesn’t matter, since SEXTAPE010 should be in every house lover’s record bag. Juno, Deejay, or hhv will help you with that easily.
