Duowe on Fraise Records—something we’ve come to expect. This time, we’re treated to four more modern techy, and progressive beauties. Let’s skip the chit-chat and dive right in.
“Tit For Tat” kicks things off with a spooky vibe and broken beats, until the bass steps in and takes over. By the one-minute mark, you can tell this is one of the most powerful tracks Fraise Records has ever put out. The combination of bass and sirens cranked up to full volume should send chills down your spine—if not, well, maybe something’s wrong.
“Kiss This” opens with chopped sounds that are almost Miller-like, but ALMOST. The bass stays strong, though this time the vibe is more rolling and less spooky (but that laughter in the background… hmmm…). “Fuzzy Warbles” starts with the vibe of an early 2000s track—something you’d expect to find priced at 50+ euros on Discogs (or maybe just 5, depending on whether a big-name DJ has played it). As it progresses, though, it evolves into something more modern. “Loop Me Out” is the calmest of the bunch — what you hear in the snippet is exactly what you’ll get from the full track.
Overall, it’s another solid pack of tools. If this sound resonates with you, Juno, Deejay, and Redeye are ready and waiting!
