Belguim based producer Suave steps up for the seventh release of Miracle Juice.

The elusive collective have propelled onto the house and minimal circuits with seven releases from the likes of Carebears and Stammy, exploring slick, swung rhythms working within lush, dream-state atmospheres.

Heavily swung rhythms open up a sensual vibe in the premiered ‘Eddy Swing’. Elements are neat and considered, working tight, spitty hi-hats over a subtle sub bass rolling beneath the beats. Warm piano chords bring a sprightly mood to the track, caressing the moreish rhythms that could work perfectly in both an opening or peak time set.

It’s evident the sound design has been carefully treated in this production, occasionally washing over twinkly effecting dripping in reverb which adds a pleasant depth to the track. Energies are relaxed and easy going, making for the kind of versatile, garage-tinged track perfect for any moment during the night.

Suave’s silky flavours have featured previously on the channels, working with the Carebears crew on their prolific Ouverture project. His contribution comes as part of a five-track release from Mircale Juice. Celebrating their first year since inception, the compilation invites Ruven Medici, Stevo, MJOG and Yama Music to share their fruity explorations.

Ruven Medici opens the record with a sublime, garage-tinged workout. Complimented by slick jazzy drums, a cheeky sub bass loops over a short but sweet chord sequence that could loop forever. Laced with the same versatile energy, this bomb could get the party going, or keep it flowing deep into the after-hours.

Stevo explores deeper territories, working clever break samples with a mean 909 palate that leans more towards tastes of Rhadoo and Barac. MJOG takes us back to dreamland with a cloud of lush, featherweight pads swimming above a subtle rhythm.

Yama Music closes out this versatile record with a slippery dance floor bomb. Intricate hi-hats fizz between an agile bassline gasping to be played loud. Trippy vocal samples bring an elusive energy to the track, whilst remaining full of energy and frothing for the dance floor.
