The Swiss platform Framed Realities returns with a 15th release, this time signed by UK artist Parsec. The three tracker EP includes two original tracks and one remix by Ray Mono, oscillating between the groove of minimal house and the subtlety of microhouse.
The original track Aphotic, later on remixed by Parsec, is a meditative electronic piece, that follows very much the aesthetic of romanian sounds. Ray Mono, on the remix duty, brings his magic to the track, and make it more streamlined and airy. While it starts slowly and very smoothly, the artist later brought in groovy pads to reach a certain climax in the middle of the track. It is an absolute club cut, waiting to take the dancers out into space.
Framed Realities is a swiss label co-owned by Christian Schiemann, Squep and Reto Erni, who also already put their imprint to the label. Having a strong microhouse aesthetic, they tend to remain open to all different genres of electronic music in the minimal-dub-house bubble.
The EP will be available on October 28th. Make sure to check your local record shop, or you can find it in all of your favourite digging websites.
