With many years in the game across Romania and further afield, Them return just in time to make their way to Amsterdam for ADE. Having set the tone nicely with their OFF Week party back in June with Barac, Cap b2b Suciu, and SIT they, or should that be them, have an altogether different proposition as they set their sets on the closing of another of Europe’s biggest hub events.
For regular readers of these pages we don’t need to introduce you to Amsterdam Dance Event, if we do, then we have much to discuss. As a brief introduction, ADE is a city wide, near week-long event that spans raves, record store sessions, more raves, panel discussions, workshops, and yes, you guessed it – even more raves. Beginning on Wednesday, October 19th and it runs until sometime on Monday, October 24th labels, promoters and the world clubbing community have the chance to meet across a crowded dancefloor once again.
Now, back to Them’s ADE adventure. Given that this event will act as one of the closing events for the week it will take place at IJLAND on Sunday, October 23rd. The location for the party is a stunning floating warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam Noord and it will be packed with some of the finest artists to populate our landscape. Close friend of THEM Barac will return and after his trance inducing set during their OFF Week event at Wolf Club he was always a shoe in. He will also be joined by And.re, Cristi Cons, Praslea, Quest, Traumer, and there will also be a secret guest who will also be playing a starring role. This event will run for a massive 15-hours non-stop and with so much going before it this ADE make sure you have enough battery left to make this.
