With Stump’s annual Feb party being a bit of a special event it is safe to say that they have really gone the extra mile this time. Taking place on Saturday, February 15th the usually high standards of operation have been boosted to new levels. Starting off in The Steel Yard, Room 1 will be ready and waiting for the incendiary pairing of RPR man Raresh and new school protagonist Cap. Having both featured in seperate February parties in different years but are yet to square off against each other sparks are sure to fly when their complimenting yet contrasting styles meet.
Joining in on the B2B action will be the resident duo of thierry and Chrissy Hope, 2 artists that take great joy in performing together and have done since the beginning of the Stump story. Being such a special event no element of the party has been ignored and so Cotė will be on hand to envelop Room 1 in some of the most immersive visuals in the game. Room 2 will offer a distinctively different style and heading up this operation will be rising star BRYZ, he will be joined by Zebra artists Sebastian Eric and Hrisq.
The party doesn’t stop when The Steel Yard winds down at 6am in fact it is only just hitting its stride. Moving venues to London’s premiere after-hours venue FOLD where Stump will set up shop from sun up to sundown. Joining the already well-lubricated Stump team will be a trio of Romanian artists all infamous for their command of an afters. First up Club Midi main man Mihigh and given how well versed he is in expertly led extended off-peak sets his inclusion in such a special part of this journey was nothing short of obvious.
Joining him at FOLD is Arapu, an artist that continues to ascend the leagues of the minimal community and brings with it a barrage of sought after music. No Stump episode would be complete without its resident Romanian caLLy. The Sunrise artist is as prolific in the studio as he is behind the decks and the Stump family recognized this from the first time they joined together. Completing the announced guests for the after-party leg is local talent Kurtt, an artist that is has proven himself time and time again via the Trapped Ldn parties and his own Signum imprint. With the afterparty being an integral element of this day to night adventure it was only right that a surprise was lying in wait and that takes the form of a secret guest performance. To find who it will be from you will need to keep your ear to the ground, or better still hitch a ride with the Stump crew next month and find out for yourself.
