Having recently launched the hugely successful Bains & Douches at SpaceMonki, the Swiss team will round out one of their best years to date with a packed-out December program of events full of surprises that will set them up nicely going into 2020.
The first of these parties at Bains & Douches on Friday, December 6th will, as always, run parallel to the full-on shenanigans of the main club upstairs. Making the trip to Zurich will be Romanian star Herck, his releases on the likes of Roche Madame, Mulen Records and Curtea Veche has brought the young producer to the attention of some the biggest names in the business. He will be joined by another talented artist Silat Beksi as well as Eldo will be on support duties.

The next night on Saturday, December 7th another 2-floor event will be demanding your attention and this time Bains & Douches will be clearing the decks in time to welcome back Barem, an artist that is close to the hearts of the SpaceMonki family. For this special party, Barem will be playing B2B with Hello People artist Emiliano, local support will be provided by under the tree resident Romano Corsini. As with all SpaceMonki parties, they enjoy extended opening hours and so there will be plenty of time to enjoy the vibe of this special venue before the lights come on at 10am.
Moving forward to Saturday, December 14th the long-awaited return of Belisa Booking and also Pressure Tracks boss Arno aka Einzelkind. A unique artist that has been helping to guide the minimal house scene for many years now. His recent bomb tracks alongside good friend Dana Ruh and of course his recent groove-laden ‘We Perfectly Understand Each Other Until We Start To Talk’ LP on Dana’s equally incendiary Brouqade Records. He will be aided by the hugely skilled artist Federico Molinari, support on the night will come via another rising star from the Hello People camp – Ajele.
The following week on Friday, December 20th the club will be celebrating their 2nd birthday and to give it the event the venue deserves SpaceMonki will be hosting FJAKK upstairs who will be performing live while downstairs they have entrusted Bains & Douches to Moises, Akyra and Emiliano.
Not wishing to stop the party early the birthday weekend will keep going the following night when the crack Mannheim crew BE9 bounce back Bains & Douches for another top night. This time co-founders Ben Balance and Fabe will be playing together under their Ho Do Ri alias and sparks are guaranteed to fly when these 2 artists get behind the decks. Also on the bill will be fellow BE9 member Jan Golly and special guest Janina will complete the party. This is event will be a marathon, not a sprint so make sure you can go the distance as they see just how long you can for.

To wrap up the 2019 session before the club’s massive NYE event kicks off SpaceMonki and Bains & Douches have time for one more party on Saturday, December 28th. Headlining will be Sedee artist David Nicolas, he will also be joined by MDRNTY resident James Mc Hale as well as local support Atef who will be playing alongside Romano. As I am sure you will agree this promises to deliver an explosive ending to 2019 for the SapceMonki crew.
