Not a week goes by that Miami is treated to yet another stellar array of weekend adventures. You will have worked out by now that when it comes to underground music in Miami that Un_Mute is usually at the heart of the action. This time is no different as they unveil yet another doubleheader of top minimal action.
After he knocked it out of the park at Sunny Side Up last month Un_Mute just had to get Giammarco Orsini back behind the decks one more time. Returning to ATV Records for their reopening party on Friday, April 16th the Italian groove master will be flanked by usual suspects Puma and Highkin. Previously Giammarco was in charge of the early morning vibes, this time around he will be in full club mode.
To complete their hat trick of parties featuring [a:rpia:r] Un_Mute will be welcoming back Petre Inspirescu for his third and final appearance. With Pedro making full use of his American artist visa, there is no knowing when he will be back in Miami so he is going out with a bang. As well as the usual insane music and production Un_Mute will be hooking up with Alegria to deliver a 360-mapped visual delight supplied by MikiHumo at a brand-new venue. On those all-important warmup vibes will be safe pair of hands Rafa and Ennio Skoto.
As well as this doubleheader to look forward to we also need to remind our friends across The Pond that the dates with Link Miami Rebels for Ricardo Villalobos’ long-awaited visit to Miami has been rescheduled for Friday, May 21st at Space Park and then at Space Club on Sunday, May 23rd. These events alongside Maher Daniel should not be undervalued or taken as a given as it has taken Un_Mute a decade of hard work and self-belief. These events are a milestone in the Miami underground scene and we hope as many of you reading this will be front and center to enjoy the party.
