French crew Nostromo is certainly no stranger to throwing raves and has for a while now been introducing their native France to some of the finest music around. With the long-awaited news of festivals again taking place in France this year Nostromo has wasted no time in turning this around and presenting a Thursday-to-Monday event that will take place around an hour outside of Paris. With their full festival rescheduled to September, they couldn’t wait to dance with their favourite aliens and arranged an off festival in preparation for the main edition.
Taking place from July 8th until July 12th the party will be held in a castle of all places and in that time there is a huge number of possibilities that might unfold across the castle and its grounds, but something guaranteed is 24h of music every day. We will, of course, get to the artists that will be playing across the weekend, but as much as this is a festival for the ears and the eyes this will not be at risk to the planet. Many ecological measures will be in place. From the full eco-conception of the stages, no plastic bottles, and carbon compensation through the Goodplanet Foundation. Having a good time should never be at the detriment of the planet.
Now to the all-important lineup, there will of course be huge artists but there will always a big focus on the crème de la crème of the burgeoning French scene. It is hard to imagine but this event in July is a sort of preamble to the main event in September but the array of artists is impressive nonetheless.
