Barcelona crew La ASO have always looked past just music being the full focus of their events. Their passion for food, fashion, art and of course music means that each and every event is a true artistic experience. This may be a strapline of sorts for their parties but with La ASO’s shindigs this much more than just a well termed phrase.
The first of their winter season sessions blasted back onto the BCN scene back in December with Romanian maestro Arapu and their last event went off just like their next one will. For their first party of 2022 and celebrating further unlocking of the social restrictions La ASO have secured an intimate secret warehouse venue. Blasting off on Saturday, March 19th La ASO and they have again scoured the best of the underground to curate the best experience possible.
First up is French artist DJ W!ld and the taste making DJ, producer and artist will be topping the line-up. As well as being a top producer with a slew of top tracks and record labels to his name he is also an accomplished visual artist. His tongue in cheek social media posts only hint at his playful skills and bumping track selection but he doesn’t play when he is in control of the decks. He will be joined by his Dailycid compadre and creative director Inessa Raum.
Also on the bill is Toi Toi co-conspirator and badman selector Voigtmann. In recent times, no vibe heavy line-up would be complete without the London based Subsequent boss. His solo productions and remixes have littered the finest DJ sets as well as his own incendiary performances. Returning to their spiritual home behind the La ASO decks will be long-time residents Hugo Esmeraldo and Pisano and no party would be the same without them. There will also be a fundraising effort at this event for the people of Ukraine.
