With the 2020 edition of electronic music festival Fusion Estivale located in downtown Orléans (France) being cancelled due to the pandemic they return for their third edition in 2022. With previous years being just two days the jaw dropping backdrop of the bucolic cathedral’s garden “Jardin de l’évêché” will play host to a huge array of diverse artists across four days. Running from Wednesday, May 25th to Saturday, May 28th Fusion Estivale will not just be a focused-on raving.
Past editions have welcomed a wide cross section of artists from the musical spectrum such as Cabanne, Folamour, and Lowris back in 2019, and Priku, Paula Tape, Dan Shake and Beau Mot Plage from last years edition. The 2022 edition will be just as varied and with more and more details being announced in the coming months there is already a sense of something truly next level being worked on.
Over the course of the four days there will be a distinctly day and night programming with the festival opening featuring a live concert and club event to follow. Headliners have already been announced for the extended edition and on Day 1 BinarySound & Distill will be performing and the vibes will considerably ramp up from there onwards.
Like most French festivals there is very much a focus on the wealth of National musical talent on tap as well as giving nod to the international stars. With this in mind Day 2 will be one of the biggest days of the entire festival with Wiclea (Miclea B2B Wendy), The Ghost, Sweely, and Francesco Del Garda all putting in a shift behind the decks. The final day of the festival on Saturday, May 28th will be no slouch either with the main festival seeing sets DJ Sundae, Belaria, AliA, plus the party rocking duo of Peach and Or:la. There will also be an after party that will run until 5am on Monday morning but you will need to wait for further details on this special party.
The previously mentioned musical info on the festival is only a small part of what makes this gathering so special and there will of course be a range of activities, gastric offerings and unique touches that makes up Fusion Estivale.
