The Berlin-based, Manchester brothers head up their next release for Sante’s Avotre label.
Off the back of a string of well received releases through their own We R House label, as well as various appearances for the likes of Italy’s Quality Vibe Records and PIV Limited, the British brothers build on their enticing two-step garage-house sound, seeing support from the likes of tINI and Rossko, among others.
Featured premiere ‘Not Ignoring’ receives a percussive rework from Moon Harbour’s Zohki. Crisp wood block sounds guide the rhythm, with elegant melodies from the original seeping through, beneath a nonchalant bassline.
Clever reverse work from Zohki springs energy into the latter parts of the track. Supplemented with soft vocal samples, the groove is left to breathe in the remix, giving space to a delicate bed of textures buried within the rhythm.
Rich Nxt provides a high energy remix of the EP’s title track to conclude this five track EP.
