Today we’re having one of the special items here. The track isn’t new, but the web still hasn’t had a full taste of it. D.A.M.N. and their reissue of another digger’s delight, this time by an Italian duo, Karma, straight from 1999.
The Original Version has all those Italian mid-’90s trancey vibes, combined with the progressive percussion, that is an instant score in 2025 (and in 2026 too).
Ali Synth Version, that we’re premiering today, is a bit more… quirky? All those “boings” and bleeps are definitely not distracting, but they add a bit of a weird note to the composition, leaning toward the acid side for a bit.
And there’s also a Bonus Track, kinda an outro, that starts with a lovely arpeggio, just to add another taste of those trancey vibes we had earlier. For the encore.
Altogether, seems that it will be another score for D.A.M.N. The record is already available for pre-orders at Juno, Deejay, or Decks. What a year they had, right?
