We had recently “one of the biggest track IDs” with Harry Wills and his “TMWYW”, but what about another huge “Track ID”, just for a more local scene of the city of Lviv in Ukraine?
“Telecom” shook waves a few years ago, when it was distributed to the friends and family of Vitya Payal’nik. Why? If you listen to it carefully, you’ll hear some Ukrainian language, which was not something we used to hear in an electronic track. But that’s just a piece of success in this situation. The production is perfect – not too aggressive, not too deep, perfect, no?
“The Wired” still stays on that dark tech-house territory, but we definitely see the attempts to leave it for some electro-house stuff. “Love Is” could be the brightest track of Vitya so far, but it is also very old. Maybe that’s why. Finally, “Spring” does a perfect closing here, a dreamy vibe, also on the edge of some electro buzzing.
Absolutely stunning one. Hope there will be more from him soon, meanwhile you can go to Redeye, Deejay, or hhv and secure your copy of this System Error joint.

This article was written in Ukraine. Ukraine is in the middle of the war with Russia right now. It would be great if you could donate to the biggest Ukrainian volunteer fund here. You can also pick any music initiative that is also trying to help from our list here. We’ll be stronger together.
