Core members of the CDV / Hoppetosse family, multi-instrumentalists Topper, Jacopo, Francesco, and Hugo are well known for their extended jams out on the open deck of CDV or the ship-based decks aboard its sister venue. Likewise, these four Italians that joined together in Turin but are now based in Berlin are well known to the minimal fraternity not just in the German hotspot. Their effortlessly trippy, yet dancefloor inspired musings are just the ticket when the sun is breaking through the canopy by the River Spree.
Recorded live at Hoppetosse last November during a sweaty session aboard the Berlin based boat, this is perhaps one of the longest live sessions that we have published to date. Clocking in at just shy of 3 hours, this extended jam from these four Italian artists is a work of art in itself. Utilising synthesizers, drum machines, drum machines, guitars, and FX units they paint a low-slung picture of electronic music at its finest.
