Miami based promoter Un_Mute has been at forefront of the underground scene in the Sunshine State for some time and for very good reason. They have an unbelievable run in for 2021 that will see an incomprehensible array of acts being shipped over to America.
Their big plans just keep getting bigger and bigger and they kick off the end of October program on 22.10 with two of Uruguay’s finest artists of the moment in Z@p and Michelle. Both artists are in serious demand and their performances will more than suit the diverse crowd of Un_Mute. The next night Mike Shannon, Imbue and Maher Daniel will be taking their place behind the decks. Yet another pure fire weekend will culminate in one of their closest allies CHKLTE’s birthday celebrations and as always, the chance to catch all the other artists from across the weekend is a real possibility. This may be the case but it will be a B2B set with Shaun Reeves that is assured.
For those living in and around the Miami area every week is a highlight when it comes to Un_Mute and this weekend there may only be two days’ worth of artists announced but they are worth the wait. First on 28.10 is super selector Desyn and what he does not have in his record bag is not worth dancing too. Make sure you don’t give it 100% on the dancefloor though as they very next night Un_Mute welcome back the one and only Francesco Del Garda on 29.10.
It is hard to fathom that November can beat October in the music stakes but this is what Un_Mute do best. Firing off the musical fireworks on 05.11 will be the return of Italian Giammarco Orsini and he will be supported by Momo, and Trosman. The following night there will be a masterclass from one of Detroit’s finest Delano Smith.
The next week on 11.11 Romanian Priku returns to blowup the dancefloor with his carefully curated selection of on point bombs. Hard to imagine this performance being a “warmup” for the next nights’ spectacle but that is because none other than Sonja Moonear will be in town to make her mark on the Miami community. By no means a regular across The Pond her appearance has been massively anticipated and will of course not disappoint. For a more upbeat housey sea fairing journey Pager Records bossman Markus Sommer will be on hand to direct the party around the bay.
Leading up to the annual Art Basel weeklong program Un_Mute have instore even more highlights in the form of Binh and Voigtmann on 19.11, Hector on 26.11 and then there will be special event with two Romanian specialists on 27.11. We are sure by now you have run out of fingers to count how many mazing artists Un_Mute have in store over the course of the next few months and it is clear there is only one place to be this Autumn.
