Nostromo Festival announce their biggest edition to date

Nostromo Festival 2023 - flyer

The road to Nostromo is reopening once again. The French festival, based in the idyllic surroundings of Chateau de Motteux, have announced details of their 2023 edition. And it’s looking like their biggest yet – both lineup as well as venue-wise.

It hasn’t taken long for the organisers to make their mark. A welcome attitude toward non-stop music which showcases a lineup bursting with talent year on year, is enough to bring the people back. A home has been made, nestled in the very heart of nature, when summer is at its finest.

This perfect blend of escapism to the country combined with a royal celebration of our favourite flavour of music, is ensuring the interest in this thought out festival, like our visit at the 2021 edition can easily and fully confirm. Now approaching its third edition of the weekend takeover, the organisers promise a host of new features across four days and three nights (afterparty included) in July 2023.

The additions include two new stages, the first a most picturesque set up by the lake boasting beautiful views and a sun soaked setting. Perfectly placed to host daytime sessions, this is a place for party both on and off land. The lake is open for swimming, amongst other activities expected to take place, and it’s definitely the biggest and most anticipated innovation compared to previous years.

Those attending previous editions of the festival will remember the 360 stage, which this year becomes a relaxation village. The music is programmed for exactly that, featuring an ambient/experimental stage including a programming made by staples in the space such as Experiment Intrinsic. A place to wind down, offering a break from the rest of the fest.

Of course, both the beloved Forest and Woods stages return, having undergone a full revamp and redesign. As per, on point sound systems are poised to receive a host of the finest artists. This year’s lineup features usual suspects, names now synonymous with Nostromo, alongside fresher faces. Over 80 artists make the lineup, including Alexander Robotnick who will be playing live, Binh, Christian AB, DJ Masda, Francesco Del Garda, Laurine & Cecilio celebrating 10 years of Slow Life, Margaret Dygas, O.BEE, Omar, Onur Ozer, Sweely, The Ghost, Z@P live and many, many more including la creme-de-la-creme of the French electronic and underground scene.

The last day of the festival promise fireworks with each stage culminating in several closing set by headliners and heavy-hitters for the best sent-off of this year edition
