Local heroes The Mountain People help Hello People celebrate turning three at Bains&Douches

The hits keep on coming at Spacemonki as coming up on Saturday, November 9th the club will again be throwing open both floors of Spacemonki to welcome aboard their cosmic venue house music royalty. Taking over the subterranean yet sleekly designed Bains&Douches will be Hello People where they are celebrating 3 years of parties which have taken place in Stuttgart, Berlin, Ravensburg and of course the Homebase Zürich.

Previous guests have included Chad Andrews, Alexis Cabrera, Fabe, Barem, Sedee, and Janina but they have invited a pair of artists that since their first release back in 2006 have reimagined deep house for a more minimal mindset. The fact that they are also Swiss means that The Mountain People have already transcended to hero status in the Alpine state. Their mostly self-produced mountain series of EP’s quickly became a barometer of high-grade house music and has been championed by all corners of the house community. Joining The Mountain People for this celebration will be regular to this party Ajele and of course, the party would not be complete without a special back to back set from HelloPeople themselves.

While it is very clear that downstairs is in good hands, upstairs on the main floor will be taken over by Bassrhythmuss, this means that the intergalactic beats will be provided by German artist Klanglos, Spacemonki and Natura Viva signee Lilly Palmer and Vacchiano will also be playing a special b2b set with ER.

Spacemonki is on a serious roll at the moment as not a week goes by that the Swiss club doesn’t have a roadblock event on their hands. This trend will most definitely be continuing on Friday, November 15th where the main floor will be commanded by the Perlon pairing of Margaret Dygas and Spacetravel while the more intimate affair taking place down in Bains&Douches will feature rising star Toman, Dubgrade and local star Antja.
