Having already made a huge impact on the European festival scene for their third edition Manchester’s Hide&Seek Festival have stepped up their game and then some. Their one day assault had previously pulled in huge guests and even bigger attendance numbers and 2022 looks set to eclipse that. Taking place at their home at Capesthorne Hall across two days Saturday 3rd September and Sunday 4th September there will be no shortage of highlights and that’s for sure.
For the 2022 edition they have devised yet another top theme and the ethos of ‘Electric Dreams’ will surely be realised by way of their on-point audio visual production. Of course, a high-grade weekend such as Hide&Seek Festival matching artist bookings and programming comes as a certainty. What makes Hide&Seek Festival so special is the crews that combine to ensure a unique experience. Teams from Manchester and farther afield include You&Me, Animal Crossing, Surco, Arcadia, Tranquil and God Made Me Funky, Paris’s Automatic Writing; Liverpool’s MODU:LAR and Zuku, London’s Bizarre Trax and Beeyou, SetOneTwenty and Magnetic from Leeds; and Real Gang from Ibiza.
Festival co-founder Josh Baker explains what you can expect, “As we enter year 3, we couldn’t be more excited to showcase what’s in store. We are taking huge steps to continue to both entertain and educate the dance floor. We have spent endless hours considering the programme to offer an optimal experience over two days which allows ravers to discover new names whilst being blown away by legends of the scene.
