The eleventh edition of Dimensions Festival is fast approaching. Moving into the month of August, we have only a matter of weeks before the pearly gates of The Garden Resort in Tisno will open to welcome us once again. Regulars of the Croatian festival, which now spans over a decade since its inception, have been closely following previous announcements. Plans for the program in steady stream, which have kept us warm in the winter months. Now we present the full run times of the entire festival to share with you…
Thursday will begin in earnest with FABRICLIVE, Picnic, Club Cosmos, and The Haze seeing serious action from the first beat. Sure fire highlights come in the shape of The Beach where a run of heavy hitters from Picnic will be the talk of the week.
The next day and the temperature rises even further with the arrival of the infamous boat parties and equally special Barbarella’s. Helena Hauff’s party is always a gamer changer, as is Butter Side Up and Heels & Souls.
The hits keep coming as Cartullis, Dr Banana, and Outlaws Yacht Club all get their turn in the sun. Special shout out goes to London bases Cartullis team who will surely have Cosmos rocking from start to finish with an almighty run of artists.
Sunday is always a special time during any festival and Dimensions is no different with the boat parties really hitting their stride and the audience having become accustomed to the site settle into their groove. There is also a real balance of many sounds on this too with also our very own hookup with Closer taking place over on the Olive Grove. This is also the day that the hotly tipped island party will take place with further information below.
Monday being the last chance for fun times in Croatia is always going to be an unreal day with the Dimensions crew and just one peak at the running order and we are sure you will agree. Freeroation, The Ghost, Slap Funk and Casa Voyager boat parties, there is no slowing down on the last day, if anything its ramped up. Pick your battles wisely.
As of yesterday, the Island Party with Butter Side Up and Spaced is no longer a secret. In fact since the 200 capacity escapade was announced, it has already completely sold out. Lucky ticket holders will be transported two hours across the Adriatic Sea, aboard a boat party captained by Matthew Neequaye & KRN. The boat will dock the Secret Beach for the finest tackle served up by Tho & Loren, Hamish & Toby, and Rasho. When it’s time to head back, the boat will be equipped and ready with Liquid Earth b2b Mari.te on hand for another two hours of boat party, all the way into the sunset. A real opportunity to be a part of something very special, a complete disconnect.
Those who didn’t manage to get a ticket, fear not! Across the rest of the resort you’ll find a host of partners representing the 100+ strong lineup. Yours truly will be repping with our very own Trommel stage and we are more than delighted to be bringing in Binh, Quest, Unai Trotti, Anthea and Junki Inoue for the occasion.
