Less than one month ago, the first Roche Madame’s Various Artists landed worldwide on the shelves of the best record stores, and this did not pass under the radar here at Trommel.
Until now, the Berlin-born imprint was the channel to release music from only its owner, Cesar Merveille, under the C.S.R. alias. With only 4 releases since 2016, it is absolutely clear how quality comes before quantity in the order of preferences from the French DJ and producer.
With several events hosted in iconic venues like Club Der Visionaere in Berlin, Roche Madame grown its popularity among the public, but at the same time remained a niche for music lover and people working in the industry.
The time for a first VA release quickly arrived, and label-head Cesar welcomed long-standing friends and excellent producers like Arapu, Giuliano Lomonte, Alexis Cabrera, Kamran Sadeghi and Maia Von Lekow.
In our opinion, this record is a must-buy.
