Following their evolution into a label earlier this year, the multidisciplinary Lebanese collective behind somewhere… is back with their third dancefloor-ready digital album – Deep Dare, consisting of three groovy and captivating tracks attentively crafted by Madrid-based DJ and producer Mostly James.
‘Deep Dare’, our premiered track that bears the album’s name, is quite the mood-booster. Its wobbly synths and electrifying sounds come in waves and outline this charming spatial music journey. Subtle female vocals weave their way through the sounds and elevate the track with their magnetism. Sitting down is not an option with this one.
‘Call At This Dimension’, the first track on the EP is the all-in-one deal: dreamy, funky, groovy, and even mysterious at times. With a catchy and vibrant melodic line that moves in phases, from slow to fast and up and down, this one will keep you focused on guessing what’s coming next.
‘Take Control’ brings some pretty alien vibes to the party, thanks to its outer space synths and Martian-sounding vocal samples, which give it a fascinating extraterrestrial allure.
