Epizode resident Roustam has, since leaving his second home of Chicago amassed a serious amount of miles via touring. The All In Records and Red Panda artist now splitting his time between Berlin, Miami and his native Moscow has ties to most underground scenes thanks to his upbeat productions and slick DJ sets. His upbringing on a diet of US house and Midwest techno shines through when he commands dancefloors around the world.

“I recorded this podcast in more peaceful times with my main desire being to get out and get my summer dance on. All of that has changed over the last two weeks as war broke out in the Ukraine. My friends from Kyiv, Odessa, Kharkiv, Lviv and many other cities were just making music, djing, having fun, living their lives and going out not so long ago, now they have AK47s and Stinger missiles in their hands instead of vinyl records and mixers.
This is the most heartbreaking event of our lifetime and I cannot just stand by and watch. We’ve started a nonprofit for displaced Ukrainian music industry works and their families last week and are working hard on getting it off the ground, helping more and more people daily!
So this podcast I’d like to dedicate to all my Ukrainian brothers and sisters fighting for their families, homes and livelihoods right now. They are the real heroes of the modern world and we are going to all dance together in Kyiv very soon!“
