French artist Occibel is rightfully taking his place within the new guard of electronic artists and has a recent slew of releases for high priority labels such as Chat Noir Tools, Hoarder, Physical Education, Novaj, and obviously his own Roulade Records under his belt. Having now become an integral part of Chevry Agency there are even more opportunities and top parties to catch Occibel at. Speaking of top parties he has slots booked in at Olympiad Festival in Paris and the yearly Slovenian adventure at Butik Festival.
With such a hot touch in the studio we couldn’t wait to share Occibel’s new creation and offer it as part of our Free Download series. From the outset “The Mad Manège” means business as a filtered acid bassline slowly twists and turns around the pumping soundtrack. Warped vocals tell a sinister tale that is being played out before our very eyes. With the energy levels peaking from an early point in the track, this is most definitely going to feature whenever there is a flagging dancefloor needing a wake up call or a primed crowd needing taken to the next level.
