With the evolution of Bulgaria’s That Divine collective going full steam ahead, the crew lock their sights on their next event. Taking place on Saturday, April 12th, this will herald their biggest event to date and for the occasion they will be returning to Toplocentrala, and with this venue being held dear to That Divine, and after a two-year hiatus, the time away has been extremely kind to the group.
Since the last time That Divine threw a party at Sofia’s Toplocentrala Arts Center, which was part of their tenth birthday year-long celebrations, there have been a lot of positive developments within their ranks. As well as a regular slew of top events in out-of-the-box locations around Bulgaria, they have also branched out to incorporate Amsterdam Dance Event as part of their party repertoire.
Adding value to an already bristling musical offering, That Divine has found new avenues with which to explore as they are now already planning the second release of their vinyl label. With their first edition featuring Dylanh, Factauw, and remixes from Christopher Ledger the next instalment is set to impress further. Now being well into their second decade in the game, their next event looks set to raise this bar even higher.
Befitting of the grand stage that Toplocentrala Arts Center affords, That Divine has pulled out all the stops to present a double headliner in the shape of Christian AB and Quest. These two kindred heads have played a huge part in shaping the current digger-centric landscape and with them regularly closing down every single party they have performed at there is little chance of this upcoming party being anything but an absolute roadblock.
With these two slingers being more than capable of holding down an all-night session single-handedly this is not how That Divine operates. As they always have done, they provide a platform for regional artists to share that same limelight. This invite has been extended to Georgian artist SALOME and her credentials are rock solid. With a touring schedule as impressive as her selections, she arrives in Sofia off the back of high-profile dates in North and South America as well as the second Boiler Room performances.
Completing the lineup is the in-house duo of TWO DRAMA QUEENZ aka Nicooly b2b Dylanh and they are both very well-versed in the art of the party. Having played a pivotal part in the evolution of That Divine since an early point, their on-stage chemistry is the glue that binds these parties together and no mistaking. Make sure that you keep plenty in the tank as there is an afters lined up to take you to the next level.
