Olympiad Festival is back and for its 2025 edition, it’s levelling up once again. Set in the breathtaking Prieuré de Vernelle, a historic castle-monastery just outside Paris, the festival will transform this stunning location into a three day sanctuary for electronic music lovers. From May 29th to June 1st, expect full immersion – where music, art and community blend seamlessly for a nonstop celebration of sound.
Last year’s edition cemented Olympiad as a key player in the European festival circuit, with the Paris-based crew at Morninglory crafting their best experience to date. It was clear from the last that Olympiad is more than just a lineup, built on deep-rooted friendships, artistic connection, and an ever-growing community. For 2025, the lineup is shaping up to be a royal showcase of talent, celebrating both local heroes and rising stars. French favourites Antoine Sy, HearThug, and Sibil will all be making their Olympiad debuts, alongside returning regulars like Bassi, Caim, Inspecteur, and Wtrina. Of course, representatives of the Morninglory collective will also be on hand, with Le Ploum set to deliver a live set. Harder sounds will be covered, next to the more groovy notions of house.
The festival takes place across two main stages – the Glasshouse and the Chapel, each offering idyllic spaces for the dance. Remember, its a marathon not a sprint, and there’ll be a comfortable chill area with plenty of space to relax, as well as a Concert hall for the live sessions. Their much loved fashion show will also be back this year.
Beyond the music, Olympiad stands out for its commitment to inclusivity and high production standards. Run as a non-profit, every euro goes back into enhancing the experience, supporting emerging artists, and encouraging further the creative spirit. For sure it’s about more than just the music – it’s a movement.
Camping options are available, so you’ll be able to immerse yourself into this one for the duration. Three days of music, connection, and magical moments that will no doubt prove to be most memorable.
