Returning after two years of pandemic-induced uncertainty, London collective Into The Woods are back and stronger than ever.
On top of a series of line-ups throughout Spring and Summer at various venues across the capital including Night Tales, Village Underground and HWK: The Lot. The taste-making crew are also launching their own vinyl label with a three-track EP from Romanian innovator Sepp. Future releases are also planned with the likes of Alexis Cabrera, Crihan and Lemieux in the coming months after the label’s inception.
Five huge events are planned throughout the warmer months of the year. Starting on April 24th, Into The Woods join forces once again with the prolific Telum imprint for an extended day party featuring four very special guests soon to be announced. The same goes for 29th May when Duboka Records are in town for another collaborative showcase, again featuring three special guests to soak up the warmer weather spinning music all day long.
Celebrating their sixth birthday on the 16th of June, eyes turn to the night as a mammoth curation heads to the UK capital. Running till 6 am, a special back-to-back will soon be revealed, alongside a live set from one of the true pioneers of the stripped back and elegant sound the collective are known for.
Two further day parties will see out the summer, linking with In’Oubilables for an extended day session with another veteran guest on the 7th of August. Seeing out the summer on the August bank holiday, four huge bookings come to town for an end-of-summer blowout at a new venue.
On top of the hours of hard work and commitment to this event curation, the London collective are finally launching their own Into The Woods Artist Agency. Inspired by the growing talents within the house and minimal community, the platform has selected a handful of both new and established artists to form a diverse roster that represents their refined and intricate sound.
The motivation is to provide more visibility, accessibility and a level of professionalism to a selection of underground artists they believe deserve an extra push in the right direction. Born from a place of passion, the project wishes to promote hard-working and committed artists into wider spheres to showcase their sounds.
Artists signed with the agency include: Into The Woods Residents Lee, Tarek Charbonnier, and Krif on top of Azire, Crihan (Romania), Daniela Cast (Berlin), Swoy (Russia), Greuceanu, Kas, Marlie, Max Jacobson (Chicago), and XHZ.
