French party outfit Kumquat return with another tasty lineup, this time with a fairly unique timeslot, offering that all-day afterburner, seeing you through right up until midnight.
Anyone who made it along to their last party knows what they are all about, with Raresh, Man/Ipulate and Kumquat favourites, Meti, JEM&JUICE and Lechat taking to the floor for a 12-hour session at a secret location, leaving little to the imagination.
This time round they take to L’il’ô, where they have sourced an open-air venue situated on L’île-Saint-Denis in the North of Paris. The veritable oasis of Halage on L’ilô is teeming with nature and will most certainly be bringing beauty, flora and fauna to the party. Misover #3 will commence Saturday 1st of July at 7am, perfect for the night owls and the early risers, and will go until midnight, meaning you can choose to head out clubbing after if you feel inclined to keep the party going or can call it at a reasonable hour if marathon sessions aren’t your kind of thing!
The soundtrack for this sun-fuelled shindig will come from some serious heavy hitters, with Alci, Ferro and Doudou MD appearing on the Kumquat stage and Maxime DB on the Zone Libre stage which will open from 5pm. The Zone Libre stage will be curated by Furigana Events and will feature a plethora of local talents before Maxime takes over for the closing set.
Tasteful house selections on a sun-soaked Parisian island sounds like a dream come true, Dutch party-starter and digger extraordinaire Doudou MD will be bringing the vibes after warmup sets from Saar & Hle and Meti & Ziko. Doudou has, through her selections, proved time and time again why she is a name in such hot pursuit at the moment, unearthing countless unique gems that pack that party punch. Seeing out the remainder of the afternoon is fellow Dutch export Ferro, whose extensive discography alone speaks volumes about his commitment and passion for music, and with regular bookings at some of the most inspiring festivals and institutions. He remains a staple on the circuit, with invaluable contributions to the scene from his work in the studio as a producer to commanding crowds from behind the decks all across the globe. Closing off Kumquat stage is powerhouse producer and DJ, Alci. His inimitable and infectiously groovy sound flirts with house, garage and even disco elements all while keeping it minimalistic and downright pumping throughout.
The event will also feature a variety of games, sports and relaxation activities, ensuring all needs are catered to across the event’s 17-hour duration, these will work in conjunction with the bars and food stalls to keep partygoers comfortable, stimulated, hydrated and well-fed.
