Gottwood Festival announces dates for 2020 edition

Having celebrated its landmark 10th event this year Gottwood Festival, which is somewhat of a selectors and serious heads gathering has just announced its date for 2020. Returning to its longstanding home of Carreglwyd Estate in Anglesey Gottwood will be stretching out between Thursday, June 11th and Sunday, June 14th and will again welcome some of the finest artists on the planet to the intimate surroundings of the Welsh countryside.

There is no mention of any artist bookings at this point but as an example of what you might expect from the 2020 edition the likes of A-Future, Archie Hamilton, Craig Richards, Digby, DJ Stingray, DJ Tennis, Enzo Siragusa, Margaret Dygas, Mariel Ito, Martyn, Move D, Nicolas Lutz, Radioactive Man, Robin Ordell, S_AS, Saoirse, Seth Troxler, Skee Mask, Sonja Moonear, The Ghost, Tristan De Cunha plus a host of club brands such as Jaunt, Robert Jonhson, Half Baked, Life and Death, and One Records all featured at this year’s event. With there being a distinct vein of quality house and techno as well as silky smooth production running throughout the festival, minimal and electro is clearly also well catered for.

What makes Gottwood stand out in a similar way to Freerotation and Houghton this festival is a celebration of music, art, nature and good times all in a family-friendly setting. It is this element that gives the gathering a much more inclusive atmosphere and has helped it to grow into one of the most prized UK boutique festivals. Keep your eyes locked to these very pages as we will announce details of the impending line-up when the names are dropped.
