Today we’re having back Ukrainian label Tancido with another blast from the past. The name is Premature Wig, and if you’re quite sophisticated digger, you could also hear about his other aliases, like a]pendics.shuffle, Dubloner, KJ Gibbs, or Reverse Commuter.
That was the story for Lumitecc, the owner of the label, who used to listen to that music around 2005 and recently reached out to Kenneth (the real name of our guest today) for the music. Kenneth hasn’t written dance music since the beginning of the century, but he got some old beauties from that era, so we can finally flash the lights on. Like “Drug Purse”, for example, a trippy, bubbling tune, sounds so modern, you won’t believe it’s from that era.
“Odnangos”, from the B-side, also sounds just as majestic, but maybe because of the pace and echoes, you could guess its age, I don’t know. “Indecent Animals”, the opener of the release, brings back the harshness and slows the rhythms again. Finally, “Pulse Hatchet” is some 00s mayhembringer, with all that trippy mood inside.
So, if you’re also in search of some unreleased beauties from the past, hit Juno, Deejay, or Redeye ASAP. The release is coming!
