Premiere: B1 – Aliana – DJ Fee [PRZ5FIVE]

Aliana is getting back on the release track after a little pause. The pause was well-deserved, coming after delivering a release and an album (we had them both, you can check it if you missed it), but still, we missed her a bit. The in-house label of KMA60 distribution Prozpektiva was picked as a place for a comeback with four quite groovy tracks.

As usual, lately, the choice was hard, but we decided to highlight “DJ Fee”. A quirky, trippy piece, usual and at the same time unusual for her. Usual – because even one of our previous premieres of Aliana (we’re talking about that album premiere) had that weird, trippy mood inside. But it doesn’t sound like that at all. This one has this almost Alex Pervukhin-like groove inside, still, you can feel her touch here, if you’re familiar with her sound. A perfect tune for that type of parties that are banging but not really ravey.

Staying on the B-side, “Data Echoes” is… not an outro, yes! Starts as an outro, but then you hear the beat and become very happy. Why – because it means you can play every track on the record. Even this one, moderately calm, still kicking a bit.

The opener “Nebula” is one of those tracks, you will probably decide to buy straight after the first few seconds, the percussions are killing it here. 6 minutes of pure rolling, put it a bit closer to the end of your set, and enjoy the crowd reactions (giving you a wink!). And the final one in our review – “Bloom” – if you need some clue to its sound – let’s say, imagine for yourself the main dancefloor of Closer at the very beginning of a good night party.

The release is already waiting for your “Add to cart” clicking at KMA60, Deejay, Decks, or wherever you’re buying your wax. And, by the way, keep an eye on the label, I have a feeling that you’re going to hear more from them here very soon.
