Playful female vocals softly hum the chorus from Earth Wind & Fire’s classic ‘Let’s Groove‘ in the A1: ‘Out of Sight’. Glistening over a slim rhythm, a gentle palate of sounds create a spectral, yet meditative atmosphere, a remnant of many sets from the Sunwaves roster.
The combination of familiarity from the vocal paired with the meticulous placement of dissonant, modular-like jams emits a satisfying, regal charm. The bold and cleverly crafted soundscapes compliment slick percussion work, slotted beneath the driving low end in this classy release.
