Co-curator of pivotal imprint Klasse Wrecks, Mr. Ho has had an immeasurable impact on the bass and bleep end of the house and techno spectrum. Hailing from Hong Kong, there are few areas of this community that both Mr. Ho and his Klasse Wrecks imprint have not influenced. Having forged an enviable discography, the HK native has touched down on labels such as DJ Masda’s Cabaret Recordings, ESP Institute, Modern Funktion, Altered Circuits, Love International’s new Floor Series, and of course, a regular slew of additions to his own imprint.
Being in possession of such a well respected ear means Mr. Ho commands an unwavering taste in track selection that has been built up over years of honing his craft both as a turntablist and a club DJ. With this in mind we are delighted to welcome him to our podcast series where he exhibits a curation of sound so fine that this recording seems to mix itself. Moving from lush electronics, through acid dreams, peaking with electro and breaks that would not be out of place in 90s Detroit. With a penchant for a dastardly bassline, we can see why Mr. Ho continues to push the envelope of electronic music and we have every faith he will continue to do so around the worlds finest clubs and record bags.
