Unlike some Gescu is an artist that relies solely on the strength of his carefully curated DJ sets and this has stood him in great stead as his talents have meant he has been a major part of the SUNRISE family since 2007. Having grown alongside the brand the new wave Romanian artist has been hand-picked to star at the genres’ biggest gatherings such as Sunwaves, Holiday Mood, Epizode, as well as Sunrise’s event at both ADE and Off Week in Barcelona.
To cap off what has been another top year for our podcast series we present to you an extract from Gescu’s set at this year’s MIORITMIC festival in Romania where we find the Romanian selector in sizzling form. With dates for next year’s festival just being revealed expect to see him in action again in 2020 if not before.
