For our next Free Download we welcome Georgian artist Audio Space to the fold. With his roots in hip hop, it wasn’t long before he was bitten by the electronic music bug. Working his way up through the ranks of this fertile new scene, Audio Space ensured that there was never a missed opportunity and off the back of standout sets at the likes of the notorious Cafe Gallery, the wheels were set in motion for a rewarding career in the music industry. This adventure soon led to a residency at Georgia’s top large scale gathering Ezo Festival where he has been an integral part in this success story.
Audio Space’s skills in the DJ booth is just a part of where his musical strengths lie as he is also a highly skilled artist that manages to squeeze every last drop out of energy out of his raft of studio gear. His offering for our Free Download series exemplifies this and more. Arriving with rattling percussion, “Alercy” takes off at breakneck speed and nobody is left behind. Pummeling bass tones brace the ear in advance of the captivating synth stabs making a prompt appearance while acid synths work their magic. One for the peak hours, this Georgian knows exactly what works on the floor and this is primed and ready.
