After we highlighted the undoubted talents of rising star B.AI in our recent “one’s to watch” article we could not wait to have B.AI join our free download series. Her upfront and stripped back musical direction has struck a serious chord with all those that have witnessed her flow. For those in the know, her productions have littered the most in demand DJ sets for some time now and similarly en vogue labels Pleasure Club, Sequalog, Picnic Records, and Fresh Tunez have welcomed her to their family.
Her track for our Free Download series “Till The End” is a true to form otherworldly banger and the deep, sinister bassline is a welcome mainstay throughout and really sets the tone. The probing sub bass that soon joins the fray further propels the action to the peak hours of most sets and would be a highlight of many nighttime maneuvers. The insistent drums, especially the short snare rolls and ride hats give more than a passing reference to the acid house and warehouse movement and we can only imagine the devastating effect of this track.
