BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order on the Trommel online store, you acknowledge having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at hello[at]trommelmusic[dot]com before placing your order with us. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded under English law.
PRICES AND DUTIES
The Trommel online store accepts payments in GBP. Items within the UK destinations are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. However, other international territories are not a Delivery Duty Paid service. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.

PRESALE
Most items are in pre-sale. Being items manufactured by independent local brands means the production will start at a later date from when the order will be made. As a consequence, customers should allow between 4 and 6 weeks for items to be dispatched plus additional time for the object to reach the final destination.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Please note, due to the speed at which we dispatch orders, we can make no guarantees to change orders prior to shipping. If an order has been booked in & collected by our couriers already, our team can not cancel or amend it.
