Taking place just outside Paris between August 8th and 11th, Vibrason Festival is a boutique festival that aims to fuse underground music with many other unassociated styles into a uniquely compact adventure in the grounds of Château de Motteux. Regular readers of these pages and French festival goers might recognise this location as it once housed the epic Nostromo Festival.
The first stage, powered by Neighbour Hood and their Void Nexus system will feature some truly gifted selectors such as DJ Koolt, Art of Dark’s Colin Chiddle, Levat (live), and many more across the weekend (full lineup across both stages below). This will be deep in the forest, and thought to be the core of the festival, this will undoubtedly harbour many a life long memory.
There will also be a range of alternative music from on the second stage that will include downtempo, dub, Psychedelic Rock, Ambient, and Hip Hop, this stage will be powered by L Acoustics. This will be the ideal refuge for when too many beats (if that’s possible) have been enjoyed or just looking to add diversity to your trip.
With the solid aim of brining together the wide cross section of music lovers that inhabit the surrounding areas of Frasnce and further afield, the second edition of Vibrason Festival will also offer another act to the festival’s musical offerings. There will also be comedy, now we wont give away the punchline but amongst other there will be a one man show by a talented artist coming from Lyon, and a stand-up comedy act by a new interesting artist from Paris.
There are many more details to be announced, but the below artists will be more than enough to whet your whistle for this 400 person festival.
