Back at the start of the year, we revealed the first drop of artists for Albania’s UNUM Festival second edition and the names were huge. Dyed Soundorom, Raresh, Sonja Moonear, tINI, Praslea, and Priku were all due to be playing at the festival this year but due to the pandemic outbreak plans were sadly shelved.
However, the news that all festival-goers have been waiting for is that UNUM Festival has been working alongside Albania’s Ministry of Tourism and Environment and the Ministry of Health and have become the first to provide rapid COVID-19 testing. This means that the event due to take place between Thursday, June 3rd and Monday, June 7th at Albania’s Rana e Hedhun Beach in Shengjin will see attendees’ results be returned within 10-15 minutes.
With the news of a vaccine coming shortly, this could revolutionise the festival and large events industry.
