The Air House has stood as Korea’s leading music festival for almost 10 years, a sanctuary for those seeking an immersive blend of leading electronic music, live performances and holistic experiences in nature. As it returns from 23rd to 25th May 2025, the festival is has announced the first wave of artists joining them on the breathtaking Nami Island, Chuncheon.
With four carefully curated stages covering minimal, house & disco, ambient & sound healing, as well as live bands, The Air House continues to provide a unique palate of music that merges multiple global scenes with their local selectors.
Highlights include the legendary Sven Väth, the intricate minimalism of Rhadoo and the cosmic sounds of Nicolas Lutz. Other names tap into the likes of deep house legends Âme, while Adriana Lopez and Wata Igarashi promise high-intensity techno mastery. Berlin favourites Binh and Evan Baggs also feature, expect deep, lean cuts from the crate diggers. Korean music icon Kang San-Eh will also be making a special appearance, bridging past and present in a way The Air House love to do.
Beyond the music, the festival’s ethos remains rooted in its core slogan ‘Feel the Air, Love This Moment’. Attendees can expect a dynamic experience that goes beyond the dance floor—camping under the stars, sunrise yoga, meditation sessions and wellness activities all seamlessly blend into the weekend, creating a space to reconnect with both music and nature.
Sustainability is more than just an initiative at The Air House—it is the foundation of the festival. Recognising the environmental impact that large-scale events can have, The Air House is committed to striving for carbon neutrality through a series of eco-conscious measures. Every aspect of the festival, from venue selection to booth operations and energy consumption is carefully considered to minimise carbon emissions.
The festival embraces a zero single-use policy, ensuring that only reusable materials are used across the event. Beyond its own practices, The Air House recognises that true sustainability requires collective action. Attendees, artists and staff are all encouraged to actively participate in the festival’s eco-friendly mission. Whether through mindful waste disposal, using designated refill stations, or supporting local and sustainable vendors, every individual plays a role in creating a greener imprint.
By integrating sustainability with music, art and community, the event aims to contribute to broader environmental solutions while fostering a spirit of coexistence with nature. This commitment extends to collaborating with local communities, supporting eco-initiatives, and continuously exploring new ways to reduce environmental impact.
