Back for round two, Easy Latinos return with a barrage of the finest bleepy electro but with a mystic flip this time around.
The first track on the release, “LaDelViejoMeado”, opens up the EP with muscular beats and finely weighted bass tones that will most definitely result in the floor being locked in for the duration. Bleepy synths stabs turn this mid-tempo groover into a certified weapon. Next up is “Princesa” and the great work on the previous number is taken to the next level by way of a groovy bassline and disco synth trills and epic synth washes.
“$Libra-Coin” hits midway through the EP and the vocoded vocals are paired perfectly with the moody bass tones and detuned synths. Easy Latinos are clearly keen followers of vintage electronic music as they manage to insert their influences nicely but with a modern facelift. Completing the EP is “PorSiLasFliegen” and the outrageous synth bass cuts a mean figure on the business end and the darker shades of their sound is tempered with an uplifting synth line and more vintage-sounding sound fx.
